01 · Client Demand

Are your clients asking you about AI, and are you answering for free?

Nobody has asked. I would be building ahead of demand.

One or two have asked in passing. Nothing serious yet.

Multiple clients have asked this quarter and I keep answering for free.

02 · The Builder

Nobody. It would have to be me, or I would need to hire.

One person could, but they are already stretched or might not stay.

I have someone, technical or ops, who is curious and finishes things.

03 · AI Spend Visibility

No idea. There are seats and features I have never audited.

I know the big line items. The bundled features are a guess.

I could produce that list this afternoon and it would be right.

04 · AI Policy

None. My techs are pasting client data into chat windows right now.

There is an informal understanding, but nothing written down.

A written policy exists, covers client data, and the team has read it.

05 · Data Foundation

No. Categorization is inconsistent and documentation is thin.

Mostly. Some categories are reliable, some are noise.

Yes. Tickets and time entries are clean enough to act on.

06 · Ownership Horizon

No. I am heading toward an exit inside two years.

Undecided. Depends how the next year goes.

Yes. I am building this for the long run.
